Isa. 26:5

For he bringeth down them that dwell on high; the lofty city, he layeth it low; he layeth it low, even to the ground; he bringeth it even to the dust. Isa 26:5

In so many places we are warned about pride and its dangers in the Bible. To identify with Soul, there is no question I must be humble.It means I must always watch to not to be handled by pride in its different forms! Before Plainfield I did not know the many forms this error could take; that when I feel hurt by someone, some situation, some spoken word, it is important to seek to know what it is that is hurt.It is often pride.

Misc.p 224:2-4 It is our pride that makes another's criticism rankle, our self-will that makes another's deed offensive, our egotism that feels hurt from another's self-assertion. The lessons from these teachings have changed many things in my life and I am grateful.
