Who Enters The Gate?

This lesson is great for all!! Lays out very clearly what to do to be free. Thanks to the lesson writer. It proves it has to be disobedience that keeps us from finding our right way and our freedom.

It is those who obey His commandments that enter in:Rev 22:14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

It requires humility and obedience; the blind man went and washed as ordered (obedience) and came back seeing. It's obvious we might say, but if so obvious, why the disobedience that keeps us in bondage to our woes?

Re: Who Enters The Gate?

In a lot of what we are learning we've come across the need for righteousness. This confirms this need: Science and Health p 206:10-14:

Willpower is capable of all evil. It can never heal the sick, for it s the prayer of the unrighteous; while the exercise of the sentiments--- hope, faith, love--is the prayer of the righteous. This prayer, governed by Science instead of the senses, heals the sick.
