weary in well doing

Came across this in Herbert Eustace's book this week in the section titled, Your Power and Dominion p 81.

"A statement attributed to Mrs. Eddy, comes in here very aptly, with which to close. Whether Mrs. Eddy made the statement or not is of small importance for it is true anyway and, because it is true, it is worthy of her authorship.
'No one can be loyal to Truth, to Himself or to his God, or worthy of the kingdom of heaven, who has not faith, pluck, and patience enough to endure, without fainting, apparent defeat and delayed reward. Hold to your aim. Stick to your text and have faith in your understanding of Christian Science. Your aim is: There is no inaction, there is action. Your text is: God is almighty and you know it; and evil is a lie and powerless. Your faith is: God is all, and you know in whom you trust. This will win every time.' "
